How long do they last?

With the right  aftercare your nails can be reused as many times as you wish. If you use sticky tabs, then no glue residue will be left on the product - meaning they can be reused again and again. However, please note that using liquid nail glue will shorten the longevity of your press ons as the glue eventually will build up. Trying to remove the build up with acetone will damage the press on, as even though the overlay is hard gel - the nail itself is made from plastic. It will melt. 

Do you take custom orders?

Short answer is yes, yes I do. However some requests might be denied in case of: 

• Order made with a short notice on a deadline.
• I have too many custom orders on the go. 
• I have no pre-made stock on the website. 
• Design is too complicated and I do not have the right skillset to complete it.
• Design inspiration is AI. 
• Design is something I wouldn't enjoy doing. (I know this might be an odd reason, however designs that I know I won't enjoy creating will not only feel like a chore, but also won't come out to it's full potential)  

Shipping times?

All pre-made sets are only 50% complete upon advertisement. All photos of nails in the packaging show all sizes for ONE hand. Once the set is purchased, please allow 24h-48h for me to complete the other hand for this set (pre made sets contain anywhere between 22-24 nails) before your order is shipped out. 

For custom orders an estimated completion time will be discussed upon placing an order. 

All orders will be shipped out via Royal Mail signed for delivery. 

Returns?

Due to  sanitary reasons press on nails cannot be returned. However if you do run into any issues, please get in touch with the said issue and photos of the issue. Partial refund or replacement of the item will be issued.
