How to order a custom set?

How can I contact you to order a custom set? 

To order a custom set you can either send me a message on instagram or facebook, I can be found on both socials as Gothicure. 

Or alternatively you can use the 'contact us' section where I will be able to contact you via e-mail. 

What information do you need to know in order for me to order a custom set? 

I will need to know: 

  • Your desired shape and length
  • What design you're after - this can be an inspo photo or a broad theme. 
  • What extras you'd like - rhinestones/charms/3D art. 
  • Deadline if there is one, this is to see if I can guarantee to finish your order in the right time window. 

How do I place an order?  

For custom orders please contact me via one of the options above, so we can discuss your design, budget and final price. 

All custom orders will require a 50% deposit upfront. Rest of the payment and postage fees (£5.99) must be paid before order is shipped out. Once full payment is received, your order will be sent off the next business day via Royal Mail signed for 1st class. 

Payment will be processed through paypal.

How do I measure my nail sizes? 

To measure your nail sizes please use the instruction manual below.

Please  measure both hands separately! When sending me your measurements, please start with your thumb and end with your pinky finger. Do not forget to label which hands measurements are which. Label L for left hand and R for right hand. 

Example: 

L: 1,4,3,4,8 

R: 1,4,3,4,9 

A set of 11-12 sizes per hand (22/24 nails per kit) are also available, however please note these sets will be charged extra depending on your chosen nail art and add ons. Important: Full kit with all sizes are not suitable for those with naturally smaller or larger nail beds as most sizes might be too big/too small - leaving you with ill fitting nails. 

What if I have issues with my nails? How do I return them? 

Press on nails are deemed as sanitary, meaning once you get them they will be non returnable. If you have any issues with the nails, please contact me with photos and the issue surrounding the product. 

Then we can discuss a replacement of faulty nails or a partial refund.
